Frederiksdal Negroni
Negroni is a classic Italian cocktail - we have reinterpreted and given this classic a touch of Danish summer by adding Frederiksdal Vermouth. Frederiksdal Vermouth is made on the Stevnskirsebærret exclusively from our own orchards. A vermouth must be filled with spices, therefore we have let the wine soak together with wormwood - which must be in a vermouth - coffee beans, orange and lemon peels, vanilla sticks, cinnamon and anise seeds.
- 8 cl Frederiksdal Vermouth
- 8 cl Campari Soda
- 1-2 cl gin
- 1 slice orange
- ice
Mix the ingredients together with lots of ice cream and garnish with an orange slice
Frederiksdal Vermouth
Frederiksdal Vermouth - spices and cherries in perfect balance.
Vermouth comes from the German word ”Wermot” which means wormwood. The bitter wormwood spice must always be present in Vermouth.
In our version, we have also added an extract of fresh orange and lemon peel, pure vanilla, cinnamon, Arabica coffee beans and aniseed.
