From the family of sour cocktails Kasper Riewe Henriksen, owner of Duck and Cover and one of the country's most talented competition bartenders, mixes a Fizz with our cherry liqueur. Shaked with an egg white, you get it with high foam.
- 6 cl Frederiksdal Likør
- 6 cl white rum
- 6 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 cl sugar syrup
- sparkling water
Pour all the ingredients except sparkling water into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10 sec. Add ice and shake again for 10 sec. Strain the drink into a tall glass with new ice cubes and top with sparkling water.
