Frederiksdal Organic Cherry juice has the rich and intense flavour of cherries. Our cordial is produced from the juice of the unique Danish Stevns cherry, exclusively from our Estate’s own plantations.
The Stevns cherry is rich in acid, sugar and antioxidants, lending the cordial a complex and concentrated flavour.
Description
Frederiksdal Organic Cherry juice has the rich and intense flavour of cherries. Our cordial is produced from the juice of the unique Danish Stevns cherry, exclusively from our Estate’s own plantations.
The Stevns cherry is rich in acid, sugar and antioxidants, lending the cordial a complex and concentrated flavour. We blend the organic cherry juice with 7% organic sugar and 40% water to make a cordial that is ready to enjoy – preferably cooled. The cordial can be further diluted with water to taste.
Frederiksdal Organic Cherry Cordial keeps for six weeks after opening, if kept refrigerated.

Frederiksdal Organic Cherry Juice is intense in flavor and color giving a highly intensive juice containing a lot of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. he Frederiksdal Organic Cherry Juice is made from organic Danish sour cherry called “Stevnsbær” – Stevnsberry. This kind of cherries are unique and practically only grown in Denmark, where the climate is perfect for sour cherries. At Frederiksdal Estate we focus on sustainability and high-quality products. We only use certified cherries from our own orchards, which we cultivate as gently as possible for nature, insects and plants, in order to protect biodiversity. The juice contains 60 % organic cherry juice, water and organic sugar.
