Frederiksdal Johannesmark
Frederiksdal's first natural wine of the unique Stevns cherry from the orchard Johannesmark. The wine has been stored exclusively in steel tanks and therefore has no taste notes from the casks.
The wine is very dry and can be enjoyed as an alternative to red wine.
Description
Johannesmark is a natural cherry wine, which means that nothing has been added at all.
All the cherries are from our orchard Johannesmark, which became organic in 2019, so the plantation was under conversion when this wine was bottled.
The wine has been stored exclusively in steel tanks and therefore has no taste notes from the casks. The wine has fermented naturally to 10% alcohol.
The wine is very dry and can be enjoyed as an alternative to red wine.
